🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Financial Services workflows.
- FS examples: KYC/AML, onboarding, lending ops, compliance, risk.
- Deep understanding of core Banking workflows and tech stack.
- Background in implementation consulting, solutions architecture, or PM.
- Translate complex workflows into scalable solution specs.
- Lead multi-disciplinary initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written clarity for specs and portfolio docs.
- Data-driven with KPI experience like pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time.
- Familiar with enterprise SaaS in regulated contexts; APIs and IDP/AI.
- Bonus: partner delivery models; exposure to FINRA/SEC, GxP, FDA or similar.
