  • 7โ€“12+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or IT consulting
  • Proven ability to influence or close $1M+ services deals
  • Hands-on with SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, infra ops
  • Experience designing AI-integrated solutions, copilots, or RAG stacks
  • Defensible pricing models (T&M, fixed, managed)
  • Strong English, able to present to senior stakeholders
