🎯 Requirements

Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or similar roles.
Background in contact center solutions or cloud CX platforms.
Strong CCaaS, NLU, NLP, and cloud architectures.
Ability to configure integrations and build demo data flows.
Familiarity with CXone, Agentic AI, or similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
