🎯 Requirements

3+ years in solution engineering
WFM, Workforce Optimization, and Employee Engagement expertise
RFI/RFP/RFQ technical responses and solution design
Executive-level presentation and value engineering support
AI-driven workforce intelligence, automation, and optimization
Cross-functional collaboration and regional adaptability
