📋 Description

• Own end-to-end personalization and experimentation programs.
• Design scalable personalization with governance and guardrails.
• Lead hands-on delivery: POCs, reference implementations, and APIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams.
• Act as domain authority guiding best practices and tradeoffs.
• Architect and implement end-to-end personalization using Contentful Personalization.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and operating personalization programs in production.
• Ownership of audience strategy and decisioning logic.
• Experience running A/B or multivariate experiments.
• Identity resolution, data sparsity, bias, and privacy constraints.
• JS/TS, React, Next.js; REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Rendering patterns including SSR/CSR/SSG/ISR and caching.
