Senior Solution Architect, EMEA & APAC (Defense & Public Sector)

📋 Description

• Lead technical ownership of secure Mattermost solutions for defense and public sector.
• Run requirements and architecture workshops with IT, security, and architecture teams.
• Translate goals, threat models, and regulatory constraints into scalable architectures.
• Design end-to-end Mattermost architectures in high-security on-prem and sovereign cloud.
• Guide customers through lifecycle from discovery to production rollout and scale.
• Own technical responses for RFI/RFP with Sales, Product, Security, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience in B2B software or cybersecurity.
• Public sector, defense, or critical infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, TLS, APIs, and modern web tech.
• Experience with enterprise security stacks and identity environments (SSO, SAML, OIDC, LDAP).
• Demonstrated ability to design secure, compliant, mission-critical solutions.
• Excellent German (near-native) and English (business fluent) communication.
