- 5+ years in cybersecurity/networking/IT; 3+ years in pre-sales.
- Foundational ICS/OT knowledge: SCADA, DCS, protocols, Purdue model.
- Hands-on with Linux CLI, Wireshark, Docker, TCPdump, and ELK.
- Able to lead customer engagements; own POC end-to-end.
- Strong communication and relationship-building across teams.
- Self-directed and team-oriented; share knowledge and escalate.
