📋 Description

• Lead the design and architecture of the customer's Agiloft instance, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Capture, analyze, and document client requirements.
• Develop design documents and implementation plans for team collaboration.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage client interactions and address escalations with a solutions mindset.
• Deliver documentation and client training to ensure successful adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years as a Solution Architect in Legal Tech/CLM; ≥1 year with Agiloft is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with SaaS and database concepts.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, requirements, and client expectations in complex projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
