π― Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT degree.
- Experience: β₯3 years of technical support with complex issues and international customers.
- Certification: ITIL v3 Foundation; additional ITIL is a plus.
- Cloud Technologies: AWS or Azure certification and/or Kubernetes/container experience.
- Systems Administration: Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
- Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server experience.
