  • Provide 2nd Level technical support for Celonis Systems & Products.
  • Serve as a Technical Contact for Premier Customers.
  • Take ownership of complex cases per ITSM processes and KPI adherence.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and recover complex issues with customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis cycles to improve the Knowledge Base.
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement cycles including Knowledge Centred Service.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT degree.
  • Experience: β‰₯3 years of technical support with complex issues and international customers.
  • Certification: ITIL v3 Foundation; additional ITIL is a plus.
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS or Azure certification and/or Kubernetes/container experience.
  • Systems Administration: Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
  • Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server experience.
