Senior Software Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Secure SDLC: evolve secure SDLC, set standards from design to deployment, CI/CD guardrails.
• Vulnerability Management: lead analysis and fixes for high-risk vulnerabilities.
• Threat Detection & Response: design detections, playbooks, and incident response.
• Internal Tooling & Framework: build security tools and dashboards for engineering.
• Security Guidance & Enablement: advise on design reviews and risk decisions.
• Training & Culture: run security training and foster secure engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or Security Engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10; can explain risks and remediation.
• Linux, containers/Kubernetes, and IaC in AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience leading threat detection and response automation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
