📋 Description

• Deliver production-quality Rust backend across six domains.
• Work in AI-assisted workflow with Claude Code.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, code reviews.
• Contribute to engineering patterns, CI/CD foundations, docs.
• Support knowledge transfer to client engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software development; ≥4 years in Rust.
• Backend Rust: core domain models and API design ownership.
• Spec-driven development experience.
• CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Agile, sprint-based teams with delivery ownership.
• Security-conscious approach for citizen data.
• Nice to have: electoral/government or regulated domains.
• Nice to have: Claude Code or Copilot familiarity.
