• Lead and mentor a high-performing 8-10 engineer team.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/ MS/ PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in software, 5+ years as engineering manager leading 5+ engineers.
• Deep cloud backend, scalable web services, distributed systems, API design.
• Experience with external customer-facing software and production rollouts.
• Proven hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
• Experience partnering with Product and UI/UX to deliver user-facing features.
• Strong communication; influence stakeholders; write technical specs.

Desirable qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or time-sensitive operations.
• Experience with safety and mission-critical applications.
• Experience with fleet management solutions for Robots, Vehicles or Aerial Drones.
• Experience in operations research or optimization algorithms.
