📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps (WinUI/C#/XAML/C++)
• Define best practices for Windows desktop dev: architecture, performance, memory, UI.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA on feature roadmaps.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs and performance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32/WinRT/COM exp.
• Deep Windows app architecture knowledge; .NET and native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive design.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
