📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML).
• Define best practices for Windows dev: architecture, performance, memory, UI, cross-version.
• Advance accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders for roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, and memory issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps: reliability, performance, scalability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive UI.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
