📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML (C++ optional).
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and responsive UI.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard nav, screen readers.
• Collaborate with design/UX/QA to roadmap the Windows platform.
• Own features end-to-end from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and managed-native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, DS/algorithms, memory, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
• Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive cross-functional consensus.
• User-centric mindset for polished, accessible end-user experiences.
