📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++ as needed.
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best-practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI, and cross-version compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: integrate UI Automation APIs, ensure focus, keyboard nav, and screen readers.
• Collaborate with design, UX, QA to shape feature plans and Windows roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Excellent communication; collaborate cross-functionally and drive consensus.
• User-centric mindset; build polished, accessible end-user experiences.
