📋 Description

• Lead architecture/design of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define/enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, perf, memory, UI, compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, keyboard navigation, screen readers, inclusive UX.
• Collaborate with design, UX research, QA, and product stakeholders to shape Windows UI/UX and roadmap.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features: conception → design → implementation → testing → release → maintenance.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ bonus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, incl. interop between .NET and native.
• Proven track record shipping prod-quality desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, async/multithreading.
• Experience leading design reviews, mentoring engineers, and architecture decisions.
