📋 Description

• Lead design/architecture of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define/enforce best practices for Windows desktop dev: architecture, performance, and memory.
• Lead accessibility efforts: UI Automation, keyboard nav, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product designers/UX/QA to shape feature planning and Windows roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, perf bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
