📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML, C++)
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, UI responsiveness, cross-version compatibility
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard navigation, screen readers
• Collaborate with design, UX, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap
• Own feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; with C++ optional
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and managed-native interop
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions
• Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• User-centric mindset; focus on polished, intuitive, accessible experiences
