Senior Software Engineer, Windows/Desktop Applications - Shenzhen, China

📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, responsiveness.
• Drive accessibility using UIA APIs; ensure focus, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader support.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA to plan Windows UI/UX and roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; some C++/Win32/WinRT/COM.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, including interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping reliable, high-performance desktop apps with scalability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive design.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs and drive cross-team consensus.
• User-centric mindset: build polished, intuitive, accessible experiences.
