Senior Software Engineer, Windows/Desktop Applications - Seoul, South Korea

📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML, C++ if needed)
• Set standards for architecture, performance, memory, and cross-version compatibility
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard nav, screen readers
• Collaborate with designers, UX, QA to shape feature plans and roadmap
• Own feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance
• Diagnose and fix bugs, perf bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ bonus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and perf.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory and multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and decisions.
• Strong communication; ability to tradeoffs, partner with cross-functional teams.
• User-centric mindset focused on polished, accessible UX.
