📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop code: architecture, performance, memory, UI.
• Drive accessibility: use UIA or similar; ensure focus and keyboard navigation.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance; ensure quality.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, or rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
