Senior Software Engineer, Windows/Desktop Applications - São Paulo, Brazil

📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML).
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard nav, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on roadmap for Windows.
• Own full lifecycle: conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, perf bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop development using Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; ideally C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation or similar).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, architecture decisions.
