📋 Description

• Lead design and build Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define and enforce Windows desktop dev best-practices across the codebase.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation support, focus handling, keyboard navigation.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Own full feature lifecycle: conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows architecture and managed/native interop.
• Proven track record delivering reliable, high-performance desktop apps.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory mgmt, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
