📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app design and development (Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML).
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, UI responsiveness, and compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: ensure UI accessibility via Microsoft UI Automation and related APIs.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and stakeholders on feature planning and roadmap for Windows platform.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ OK.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET-native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong accessibility API experience (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, memory mgmt, multithreading.
• User-centric mindset for polished, accessible experiences.
