- Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML).

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
- Deep understanding of Windows architecture incl. .NET native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
- Excellent fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, async programming.
- Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
