  • Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ when needed).
  • Define best practices for Windows desktop dev: architecture, perf, memory, UI.
  • Drive accessibility: UI Automation, keyboard nav, screen readers.
  • Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA to shape feature planning.
  • Own features end-to-end: conception β†’ design β†’ implementation β†’ testing β†’ release β†’ maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; .NET and native interop.
  • Proven track record shipping desktop apps with reliability, performance, maintainability.
  • Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive design.
  • Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Strong communication; ability to articulate tradeoffs and collaborate across teams.
  • User-centric mindset for polished, accessible experiences.
