📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK and WinUI.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and responsive UI.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and QA to shape feature roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle: conception through release and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
