🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus
- Deep Windows app architecture; interop between managed and native code
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and perf
- Strong accessibility experience: UIA and inclusive UI
- Excellent CS fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, multithreading
- Experience leading design reviews, mentoring, and architecture decisions
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
