📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, UI, and compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard nav, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA to shape roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and rendering issues with robust solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, multi-threading/async.
• Experience leading design reviews, mentoring, and architecture decisions.
