📋 Description

• Lead design and dev of Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, UI, and compat.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and stakeholders on UI/UX roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture; interop .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Excellent communication; able to drive cross-functional consensus.
• User-centric mindset; build polished, accessible end-user experiences.
