📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app design, architecture, and development (WinUI, C#, XAML).
• Define Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI, compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: implement UIA APIs, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product/design/QA to shape features and roadmap for Windows.
• Own full feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose and fix complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; bonus: C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) and inclusive UX.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication; able to articulate tradeoffs and collaborate across teams.
• User-centric mindset; build polished, accessible experiences.
