📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK and WinUI.
• Define best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and cross-version support.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; native C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UIA) for inclusive software.
• Excellent fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
