📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define and enforce best practices for code architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Advance accessibility: UI Automation, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and product to plan features and roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between .NET and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
