- Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
- Define and enforce best practices for architecture, performance, memory, UI, and compatibility.
- Advance accessibility via UI Automation, focus management, and keyboard navigation.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA to shape feature plans and the Windows roadmap.
- Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.

๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
- Experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM) preferred.
- Deep understanding of Windows app architecture including .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
- Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, async.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
