📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows apps with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Set best practices for architecture, performance, memory, and responsive UI.
• Drive accessibility via Windows APIs (UI Automation) for focus, navigation, and screen readers.
• Collaborate with design, UX, QA to shape Windows features and roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve bugs, perf issues, memory leaks, and rendering problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++/Win32/WinRT/COM a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET-native interop.
• Proven track record shipping reliable, high-performance desktop apps.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
