📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop apps.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts: UI Automation and accessibility support.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Own full lifecycle of features from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop app dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade desktop apps with reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
