📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI.
• Advance accessibility via UI Automation; focus, keyboard nav, and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and QA to shape features and roadmap.
• Own feature lifecycles from concept to release and maintenance.
• Diagnose and fix complex bugs, perf bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep Windows app architecture knowledge; .NET and native interop.
• Proven track record shipping reliable, performant, maintainable desktop apps.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, multithreading/async.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs, collaborate, drive consensus.
