📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop dev: architecture, performance, memory, UI, and compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture, including interop managed/native code.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation or similar).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, multi-threading/async.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
