📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML).
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI responsiveness, compatibility.
• Drive accessibility using UI Automation for focus, navigation, and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers/QA to shape feature planning and the Windows roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance; ensure quality.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, memory leaks, rendering, and compatibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev (WinUI, C#, XAML); optional C++.
• Strong understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows apps with reliability and performance.
• Experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive design.
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, and async/multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication; able to tradeoffs and collaborate cross-functionally.
• User-centric mindset; deliver polished, accessible user experiences.
