📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop: architecture, performance, memory, and compatibility.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus management, keyboard nav, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, QA to shape feature planning and roadmap.
• Own feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks; propose robust solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows architecture and .NET-native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with focus on reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• User-centric mindset for polished, accessible UX.
