Senior Software Engineer, Windows/Desktop Applications - Jerusalem, Israel

📋 Description

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK/WinUI.
• Define and enforce best practices for architecture, perf, memory, and cross-version UI.
• Drive accessibility: UI Automation, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on feature planning.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK and WinUI.
• C#, XAML; optionally C++/Win32/WinRT/COM.
• Deep interop between .NET and native code.
• Track record shipping production desktop apps; focus on reliability and performance.
• Experience with accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Strong OOP, patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
