📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts: UI Automation and accessible UI.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and engineers to shape feature roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, or compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows architecture, including .NET and native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Excellent fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, and multi-threading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
