📋 Description

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop apps with Windows App SDK and WinUI.
• Define architecture, performance, and maintainability across versions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and inclusive software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory mgmt, async/multi-threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
