- Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
- Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs, collaborate across teams, drive consensus.
- User-centric mindset focused on polished, intuitive, accessible experiences.
