📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app design and development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define Windows desktop best practices: architecture, performance, memory, UI responsiveness, cross-version support.
• Drive accessibility with UI Automation; ensure focus, keyboard nav, and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and QA to plan features and Windows roadmap.
• Own feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record delivering production desktop apps with reliability, performance, scalability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation) and accessible software.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring engineers, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Strong communication; articulate tradeoffs, collaborate across teams, drive consensus.
• User-centric mindset focused on polished, intuitive, accessible experiences.
