🎯 Requirements

- Deep Windows app architecture incl. .NET/native interop.
- Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and perf.
- Strong accessibility experience with Windows UI Automation.
- OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
- Experience leading design, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
