📋 Description

• Lead design and dev of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML, C++ as needed).
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices across architecture, perf, memory, UI.
• Drive accessibility with UI Automation, keyboard nav, and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and stakeholders to shape Windows UI roadmap.
• Own full feature lifecycle from conception to maintenance.
• Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; C++ a plus.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid OOP, design patterns, data structures, and memory management.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
