📋 Description

• Lead design and development of native Windows desktop apps (WinUI, C#, XAML).
• Define and enforce Windows desktop best practices across architecture, performance, and memory.
• Drive accessibility: integrate UI Automation, focus, navigation, and screen readers.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and product to shape features and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and fix complex bugs, bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Strong OOP/design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory mgmt, and multithreading.
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
