📋 Description

• Lead Windows desktop app design and development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML.
• Define architecture, performance, memory usage, and cross-version compatibility.
• Drive accessibility using UI Automation and related Windows accessibility frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders on feature planning.
• Own full feature lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Windows desktop app development with Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, and XAML; C++ preferred.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
