  • Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation).
  • Solid fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, memory management, multithreading.
  • Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • User-centric mindset for polished, accessible experiences.
