📋 Description

• Lead design/architecture and development of Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development: architecture, performance, memory, UI.
• Drive accessibility: ensure UI supports Microsoft UI Automation, focus.
• Collaborate with design/UX/QA to plan features and long-term Windows roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of features from conception to release and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs Windows desktop dev with Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML; plus C++.
• Deep understanding of Windows app architecture and .NET/native interop.
• Proven track delivering production-grade desktop apps—reliability, performance.
• Strong experience with Windows accessibility APIs (Microsoft UI Automation).
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, patterns, data structures, memory, threading.
• Experience leading design, mentoring, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
